Funnel Chart

    The Funnel Chart is an effective tool for visualizing the progressive reduction of data as it passes through phases, commonly used for illustrating sales processes or customer journey stages.

Navigation to Create/Edit a Funnel Chart:

1. Access the Dashboard:
   • Navigate to the dashboard where you intend to add or edit a metric card.
2. Create or Edit a Metric Card:
   • For a new chart, click on "Create Metric" in the desired dashboard.
   • To edit an existing chart, open the metric card you wish to modify.
3. Choose Chart Type:
   • In the metric editing interface, locate the "Chart Type" selector.
   • Select "Funnel" from the available chart types.

Customizing the Funnel Chart:

In the "Appearance" tab, the Funnel Chart offers these customization options:

• Show Funnel Shadow: This option adds a shadow effect to each segment of the funnel, enhancing the visual depth and distinction between stages.
• Padding Between Steps: You can adjust the numerical value to control the spacing between each step in the funnel.
• Show Label With Values: This feature displays labels alongside their corresponding values on the funnel, making it easier to understand each segment.
• Show Conversion Rate: Enabling this option adds conversion rate percentages to each funnel stage, providing insights into the efficiency of each step.
• Label Format: Customize the format of the labels to suit your data presentation needs.

In addition to these appearance options, you can also set up actions for the chart under the "Actions" tab, as well as customize various aspects of the "Appearance" tab.
