    A Single Value Chart, often used as a KPI card, displays an alphanumeric value representing a key metric or performance indicator.

Explanation:

Displays a key metric or KPI as a single, prominent number.

Navigation to Create/Edit a Single Value Chart:

  1. Access the Dashboard:
    • Navigate to the dashboard where you intend to add or edit a metric card.
  2. Create or Edit a Metric Card:
    • For a new chart, click on "Create Metric" in the desired dashboard.
    • To edit an existing chart, open the metric card you wish to modify.
  3. Choose Chart Type:
    • In the metric editing interface, locate the "Chart Type" selector.
    • Select "Single Value" from the available chart types.

Customizing the Appearance:

For the Single Value Chart, you can customize the following under the "Appearance" tab:

  • Single Value Chart Font Size: Adjust the font size for the main value.
  • Single Value Suffix/Prefix: Add a suffix or prefix to the value for context (e.g., %, $).
  • Customize Sub-Header: Modify the sub-header text and its appearance.
  • Font Color: Choose the color for the value and sub-header text.
  • Sub-Header Display Text: Set specific text for the sub-header.
  • Sub-Header Font Size: Adjust the font size for the sub-header.
  • Number Formatting: Define how numbers are formatted and displayed.
  • Add Comparison Metric: Include a component for time-based comparison and trend line as well.
