Archive/Unarchive Card

Archiving and Unarchiving a Metric Card in DataBrain

Manage your dashboard by archiving unused metric cards and retrieving them when needed.

Archiving a Metric Card:

1. Access Full Screen Mode:
   • Open the metric card in "Full Screen Mode".
2. Initiate Archiving:
   • Click the "Archive" icon located at the top right corner of the page. The metric card will be stored in the archive.

Unarchiving a Metric Card:

1. Navigate to Archived Metrics:
   • From the home screen, access the "Settings" page.
   • Proceed to "Archived Metrics".
2. Select Workspace:
   • Use the dropdown at the top right corner to pick the desired "Workspace".
3. Retrieve Metric Card:
   • Browse through the list of archived metric cards.
   • Click "Unarchive" for the card you wish to restore. It will be placed back into its original dashboard.

Archiving keeps your dashboard organized, and the unarchive feature ensures you can always retrieve important metrics in DataBrain.
